At Tekaz Market ("tekaz.fr"), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on our website are digital and are delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are generally final.

2. Eligible Refunds

A refund may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Your order has not been delivered within 5 business days.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents delivery.
  • The product is defective or does not function as described due to an error on our part.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the wrong product.
  • Failure to read the product description.
  • Sending an incorrect payment amount.
  • Forgetting to include the required PayPal payment note.
  • Restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms (Discord, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Compatibility issues caused by your own device, software, or configuration.
  • User error or misuse of the product.
  • Products that have already been successfully delivered.

4. Product-Specific Policies

Lifetime Products

"Lifetime" refers to access to the purchased account, not a lifetime subscription to the associated service. Access duration is indefinite but depends on the availability of the account.

FiveM Products

Due to their low price, FiveM products are sold without any warranty or guarantee.

Discord Nitro

All Nitro products include a 1-hour warranty starting from the time of delivery.

Booster Tool

If you receive a "Captcha" error while using the Booster Tool, you are responsible for providing your own Captcha Solver.

No refunds will be issued for Captcha-related issues.

Standard Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, all products include a 7-day warranty covering issues caused by our service.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for validly delivered products may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your account.
  • Cancellation of any active services.
  • Refusal of future purchases.
  • Additional action where permitted by law.
